WB3 Group advises landowners, developers, and institutions on the ranch, land, and real estate decisions that sit upstream of a sale — ownership strategy, development positioning, and special situations that call for a principal in the room, not just a broker at the table.

Principal, WB3 Group
Managing Partner, WBR Land Group
Will Beuck is Principal of WB3 Group, where he advises landowners, investors, developers and businesses on complex real estate and land-related matters. With more than three decades of experience in real estate, finance, development and transactions, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to projects involving strategy, feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, infrastructure, governmental affairs and long-term asset planning.
Will has participated in more than $1.5 billion in ranch, land, recreational and development real estate transactions across the United States. His experience allows him to evaluate real estate from multiple perspectives—ownership, investment, development, operations and ultimate disposition—rather than viewing a property solely through the lens of a transaction.
His advisory work is particularly focused on large landholdings and complex real estate assets, where issues such as zoning, entitlements, water, access, infrastructure, agricultural operations, improvements, conservation considerations and development potential can materially affect value and future use.
Will also serves as Managing Partner of WBR Land Group, where he and his team represent buyers and sellers of ranch and land properties across Texas, Colorado and the Mountain West. While WBR is focused on brokerage, WB3 Group serves as the platform for broader strategic consulting and real estate advisory work. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.
